I have experience as a senior leader at an ASX-listed recruitment company. I also founded Spark Recruitment in 2009 and YourSpark. This gives me a strong understanding of leadership. I've led a $25m corporate business unit and self-funded startups. I know the pressures, challenges, and rewards of building organisations. Outside of work, I live in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. I enjoy spending time with my young family and riding various types of bikes!
