We are currently recruiting for a talented Storage and Backup Administrator to provide 2nd / 3rd level technical support for a leading Global Vendor based in Sydney. You will require exceptional logical problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex, critical and time sensitive support issues.
To make sparks fly you will have:
- Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills in either a Windows or Unix environment
- Strong knowledge of hardware systems such as tape drives, optical drives, VTL's and general storage libraries
- Solid experience with SAN Storage, Networking and Windows Server
- Experience with back-ups
- Must have passion for technology
- Previous experience in customer centric support environments
