This company has offices in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. The core of the business is manufacturing furniture that is sold globally to the education and office markets. This includes market leading inventions and multiple brands in the market.

The Challenge

Established in 1950’s, the company has experienced sustained growth through organic development and acquisitions. The broad decided to move the CIO function and technology team to Australia to support the businesses new structure. Due to the large acquisition there were disparate systems and a lack of business intelligence capability across the two former entities. In addition, there was no commonality in “go to market” and customer relationship management systems.
