Join the professional services team for this market leader. In this role you will work on both up front business analysis and project delivery. The product is a complex solution that is sold to enterprise customers globally and is built in Java. The role offers broad and varied responsibilities and is customer facing.
To make sparks fly you will have:
- Strong experience in business analysis, including gap analysis
- Strong documentation and change management skills
- Prior experience in managing implementations of complex software solutions
- Strong knowdledge of RDBMS technologies
- Proven problem solving skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
