Newly created role for an experienced Application Support specialist. In this role you will join an established team focused on supporting this vendor's core products. The role is primarily focused on supporting external customers so to be successful in the role you will need to be a strong communicator and passionate technologist

To make sparks fly you will have:

  • Prior experience working as a Technical Application Support Analyst role within a Software vendor
  • Strong MS Windows server administration skills
  • Strong MS SQL skills
  • Knowledge/experience in IIS administration
  • Experience using formal ticketing systems
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks from issue analysis, solution design to release deployment
