This is a newly created opportunity to join this organization to provide Level 1 and 2 support to their internal users. As part of an international team you will be tasked with providing technical support to across an M365 based environment. This organization is going through an exciting phase and offer a great working culture

To make sparks fly you will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a IT Support role
  • Excellent Helpdesk/Desktop support skills.
  • Commercial experience in supporting M365 products
  • Strong customer service skills
