Our client is a Global Software development company providing support services for POS (point-of-sale) and related software applications that focus on the overall customer experience, resulting in improved operations.
They are currently looking for an Support Team Lead. In this role you will be an integral part of the client's Global Market Services team, focusing on enabling new features,
support market adoptions and providing a successful implementation to customers in the APAC region.
To make sparks fly you will have:
- Bachelors in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry
- 5+ years of experience in a technology division, design or consulting as team lead.
- Technical background in C#/C++ software development, support and delivery.
- Project Management framework qualifications with the ability to manage several projects concurrently.
- Professional IT Service Management e.g. ITIL certification or proven experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, organisation, decision making and time
- strong ability to lead others successfully through cultural, process, system and transformational change.
