This is an awesome opportunity to work on some exciting projects as a Desktop Support Analyst on an initial 6 month contract. As part of a national team you will be tasked with providing technical support to the internal users. The client organisation is going through an exciting transition to adopt the Google Gsuite. Must be experienced in SCCM, SOE and Network Security.
To make sparks fly you will have:
- 4+ experience in a similar role
- Must have experience building SCCM packages
- Strong SOE experience
- Excellent Helpdesk / Desktop support skills in Windows
- Commercial experience in supporting Google's Gsuite, ChromeOS and Android devices
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with Network Security reporting tools is a huge advantage i.e. Nessus
- A full drivers licence
