They are looking for a Support Analyst with Japanese language skills. In the role you will be an integral part of the Company's Sydney Market Services team, working as a Production Support Analyst in the troubleshooting, configuration, and support of its applications in the Asia and Pacific region.
To make sparks fly you will have:
- Experience working with customers, developers, business technical analysts, other support analysts and management
- Experience performing manual testing in the lab or a desktop load
- Experience providing Level 3 support
- Knowledge of service desk tools like Jira or Service Now
