2nd Level Support Engineer
Provide 2nd level support to a world-wide customer base which uses a diverse set of products.
To make sparks fly you will have:
- General Network/Comms experience with a knowledge of Wide Area Network topologies and technologies
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with UNIX and Web based technologies
- Be available to work shift hours and weekends where required
- Helpdesk / software support experience
- Familiarity with the following KDB+, Java, Linux , SQL, Java JVM, browser technologies, FIX, MAMA, weblogic, Jboss, Apache Tomcat, Nagios, JIRA, Confluence
