Our client is a well established global organization that has a newly created role for a First Level Support Customer Engineer. You will be the first point of contact for their customers. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming problem calls, collecting, logging information and basic trouble shooting. You will become part of a global internal support team. This is a perfect opportunity for an IT savvy customer service consultant wanting to gain experience in the IT industry.
To make sparks fly you will have:
Customer support experience in a helpdesk environment.
Must have good working knowledge of Windows
Strong customer service skills
Great phone manner
Highly customer oriented
Experience in using a formal ticketing systems such as Remedy, Right now or Infra.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
