Our client is a well established global organization that has an immediate requirement for a short term Helpdesk Analyst contract with a view to moving into a permanent position. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming problem calls, collecting and logging information and basic trouble shooting through to 2nd and 3rd level issue resolution. You will become part of a global internal support team. This is a perfect opportunity for an IT savvy Help Desk consultant wanting to gain experience with a global enterprise organisation.
To make sparks fly you will have:
- 2/3 years commercial Helpdesk experience
- Must have good working knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7
- Experience supporting Active Directory
- Microsoft Office Support Experience
- Experience in using a formal ticketing systems such as Remedy, Right now or Infra.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
