An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious IT Helpdesk and Desktop Team Leader, this role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of an established Level 2 support team. The primary purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the support of the technology infrastructure (Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, Exchange, SMS) and related systems, maintaining the highest levels of service quality at all operating locations.
To make sparks fly you will have:
- Previous experience providing leadership to Helpdesk and Desktop Support personnel in dealing with incidents in accordance with agreed and documented procedures
- Strong technical skills across the support of the Microsoft suite (Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, Exchange, SMS)
- Previous experience in providing management of incidents relating to hardware, software, network and telephony services affecting users of those services
- Ability to communicate systems issues and incidents to the business community and to all colleagues within the IT team
- Experience with monitoring and automation tools and technologies (MS MOM, Event logs, etc)
- You must be an Australian citizen to be considered for this role.
